The Development Strategy Center and the Shanghai Science and Technology Center agreed to establish the first Uzbek-Chinese Innovation center in Uzbekistan. In addition, the parties agreed on the provision of systematic consultations, organization of special international trainings in the leading research and innovation centers of Shanghai, in order to facilitate the exchange between talented youth in the scientific and technical industry.
